Frequently asked questions
Why only assume 50% of lost users are recoverable?
Even a well-executed fix rarely eliminates all abandonment — some drop-off is due to factors outside the flow itself (price sensitivity, timing, fit). A 50% recovery assumption keeps the estimate conservative and credible.
Where do I get the drop-off rate and traffic numbers?
Pull them from your analytics funnel report (e.g. signups reaching a step vs. completing it). If you don't have exact numbers yet, a rough estimate is fine for prioritization purposes.
