How is must-handle vs. can-defer decided?
Each case is tagged by how likely it is to cause visible breakage or data loss if skipped (must-handle) versus a rare, lower-stakes polish gap (can-defer).
Can I select more than one characteristic?
Yes — most real flows combine several (e.g. a payment step that's also a multi-step form). Select every characteristic that genuinely applies.
Does this replace writing test cases?
