No. It earns a closer review. Scope, dependencies, cost, and validation still need to be checked before commitment.
Why is urgency weighted less than impact?
Urgency can reflect stakeholder pressure rather than durable value. The formula gives more weight to user impact and strategic fit.
Can I compare several requests?
Yes. Run each request with the same interpretation of the scales, then compare the resulting scores and evidence gaps.
Should sales requests score lower?
Not automatically. A well-evidenced request from several customers can score strongly; the source field simply prevents one anecdote being treated as broad demand.
