Check three clarity dimensions per permission
Each permission control is checked for a clear description, visible affected-user scope, and a confirmation step for risky changes — the three things that most often confuse admins.
Free MVP design tool
Design and validate a role/permission interface so administrators can understand and manage complex access control without guessing what a toggle actually does.
Your entries remain in this browser session and are not sent to MVPHub.
Your inputs
Enter one permission per line as Permission name | has clear description (yes/no) | shows who is affected (yes/no) | has confirmation before changing (yes/no). List every permission control in your admin interface.

Planning score
Each permission control is checked for a clear description, visible affected-user scope, and a confirmation step for risky changes — the three things that most often confuse admins.
Permissions like deleting a workspace or exporting all data carry more weight in the score, since unclear UX there causes more damage than an unclear low-risk toggle.
Permissions that combine high potential impact with missing clarity checks are surfaced first as the highest-priority fixes.
Anything that deletes data, changes billing, removes access for other users, or cannot be easily undone should be treated as high-risk regardless of how it is labeled.
Low-risk, easily reversible permissions can reasonably skip the confirmation step; but a missing clear description is a problem for any permission.
Group closely related permissions into one line if they share the same UX pattern, rather than listing every single granular toggle separately.
RoleFlow maps which roles need which screens; PermissionUX checks the clarity and safety of the permission-toggle interface itself.
