Check your current prompt interface
Mark whether your interface shows example prompts, input constraints or guidance, a preview of expected output, and a designed empty/first-use state.
PROMPT-UX READINESS SCORE
Enter which prompt-interface elements are designed and get a prompt-UX-readiness score so users aren't left facing a blank prompt box.

YOUR INPUTS
Complete every field. The result updates only when you choose Calculate.
Mark whether your interface shows example prompts, input constraints or guidance, a preview of expected output, and a designed empty/first-use state.
Your score is the share of the four guidance elements that are present, out of 100.
Missing elements are listed by name, prioritizing the ones most responsible for users staring at a blank prompt box and not knowing what to type.

No. Prompt UX computes a readiness score from the yes/no answers you give about your current interface — it does not generate UI designs and does not run a real AI/LLM generation step.
Most users have no mental model for what a good prompt looks like or what the system can actually do. Without examples, constraints, or a sense of the expected output, they either type something too vague or abandon the feature entirely.
A sample result, a short description of the output format, or a visual placeholder that shows what a successful response looks like before the user commits to typing a prompt.
No — AIStateKit scores whether your interface handles the AI-interaction states that occur after a prompt is submitted (generating, retrying, failed, etc.). Prompt UX scores whether the interface guides the user before and while they are writing the prompt itself. Most AI features need both.
Add 2-3 example prompts relevant to your product first — it is usually the single highest-impact fix, since it gives users a concrete starting point instead of an abstract blank field.

Figma and Whimsical are where the prompt interface itself actually gets designed. Prompt UX runs before that — a quick checklist to confirm the interface will guide a first-time user instead of leaving them facing an empty box.
