Why not just always use Organization → Workspace → Member?
That structure adds real engineering and UX cost. A single-buyer, single-workspace SaaS product is simpler and faster to build with just Account → Member.
Can I add levels later if I start simple?
It's possible but costly — migrating existing accounts into a new hierarchy usually requires data migration and can break integrations. Confirm the need before committing.
Why does seat-based pricing affect the model?
