Where do I get the GPS distance figure?
Most delivery or courier apps log a GPS coordinate at the confirmation event — compare it to the delivery address using any mapping tool and enter the distance in meters.
Why do photo and signature apply a fixed penalty rather than scaling?
These are binary signals — either the evidence exists or it does not — so they are modeled as fixed deductions rather than a continuous scale like distance or time.
Can this replace a real delivery-verification investigation?
