Why weight fit so heavily?
Feedback from someone who does not match your target user is often misleading, even if they are highly available and articulate.
What if I don't know someone's past feedback quality?
Use 3 (neutral) as a default rather than guessing high or low — it will not distort the ranking much for a first-time tester.
How big should a usability panel be?
For qualitative usability testing, 5–8 well-matched testers typically surface most usability issues; larger panels help more for statistical comparisons.
