Why does time since release affect the score?
Metrics measured within the first few days are noisy and can be skewed by novelty effects or partial rollout. The score is weighted down for recent releases and weighted up as more time passes.
Is this a replacement for release monitoring tools?
No. It's a fast, manual way to combine metrics you already have into one score. A dedicated release tracking tool will pull these numbers automatically and correlate them with your deploy history.
What if I only have some of the metrics?
