Does Screenshot2Wire actually process my uploaded screenshot?

No. Screenshot2Wire does not accept or analyze an image file, and no image-recognition or AI/LLM step runs. You manually describe the reference screen's structure and the tool scores and outlines a wireframe conversion from that description.

Why can't a browser tool just read the screenshot automatically?

A static, client-side tool has no reliable way to parse a real interface image and identify branding versus structure. Describing the structure yourself keeps the result accurate and the tool fully transparent about how it was calculated.

What should I strip when converting a real screen to a wireframe?

Logos, brand colors, custom icons, and any proprietary imagery — replace them with neutral shapes, generic labels, and grayscale placeholders so the wireframe represents structure and flow only, not visual identity.

What does a low readiness score mean?

It usually means the reference screen is heavy on branding relative to its structure, or elements are packed too densely into too few regions — both add extra manual work before the wireframe reads as low-fidelity.

How is this different from Sketch2Flow?
