Does Sketch2Flow read my actual uploaded sketch or photo?
No. Sketch2Flow does not process an uploaded image, photo, or drawing in any way — no image recognition or AI/LLM step runs. You describe your sketch's structure in numbers (screens, connections, ambiguous links, labels) and the tool scores and outlines a flow from that description.
Why do I need to count things instead of just uploading my sketch?
A static, client-side tool cannot reliably interpret a hand-drawn image. Describing the structure yourself is more accurate than an automated guess and keeps the tool fully transparent about how the score is calculated.
What counts as an "ambiguous" connection?
Any arrow or line where it isn't clear which screen it starts or ends at, or where it could plausibly point to more than one screen — the kind of thing that gets misread when someone else redraws the sketch digitally.
What should I do with a low clarity score?
Resolve ambiguous connections and add missing labels directly on the paper or whiteboard sketch before you start digitizing — it is far faster to fix on the original than after wireframes are already built from a misread flow.
