Why does time since signup matter if the other signals are the same?
The same lack of progress is more urgent for a user 14 days in than one who signed up an hour ago. A time-decay factor raises the score as days pass without activation.
What nudge types does this recommend?
Feature-discovery nudge (never seen the core feature), workflow-resume nudge (started but stalled), getting-started nudge (haven't started the key workflow), or activation check-in for partially activated users without a clearer gap.
Does this send the nudge automatically?
No. It's a scoring and recommendation tool — you still need in-app messaging or email infrastructure to actually deliver the nudge it recommends.
