What if two items about the same issue use very different words?
They may not group automatically — rephrase one to share a keyword with the other, or accept them as separate entries this round.
How is severity different from frequency in the score?
Frequency and source diversity show how many people/channels raised it; severity is your judgment of how much it hurts the experience — both feed the combined priority score.
Can I use this for ongoing, ever-growing feedback lists?
It works best as a per-round snapshot — run it after each collection period (e.g. weekly or per testing round) rather than one giant running list.
