No. It's a fast, standalone health check for a single initiative — use it alongside whatever QMS or tracker your organization already runs, not as a replacement for it.
Why does 'days open' lower the score even at the implemented stage?
An initiative implemented but not yet verified for a long time risks losing momentum or evidence. The aging penalty only applies before verification, not after.
Can I track multiple initiatives with this?
Run the calculator once per initiative — each has its own stage, age, and evidence status, so results aren't meant to be combined into a single portfolio score.
Is this medical, legal, or accreditation advice?
