NETWORK RESILIENCE SCORE

SupplyTwin Lite

Enter how many suppliers, warehouses, and transportation lanes you've mapped, plus how many have a documented backup, to get a network-resilience and single-point-of-failure score.

How it works

1

Enter your mapped network counts

Add how many suppliers, warehouses, and transportation lanes you've mapped, and how many of each have a documented backup or alternative.

2

We calculate structural redundancy

The share of all mapped nodes with a documented backup becomes your network-resilience score, and unbacked nodes are counted as single points of failure.

3

Get a resilience score and priority fix

The result shows which node type has the weakest backup coverage so you know where to focus network-hardening effort.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from SupplyRisk Radar or RiskScenario?

SupplyTwin Lite scores the structure of your supply network — how much redundancy exists across suppliers, warehouses, and lanes — rather than a general risk-level rating (SupplyRisk Radar) or the impact of one hypothetical event (RiskScenario). It answers "how exposed am I structurally," not "how risky is category X" or "what happens if Y occurs."

What counts as a "documented backup"?

Any alternative supplier, warehouse, or transportation lane you have already identified and could activate if the primary option failed — it doesn't need to be currently in use, just qualified and ready.

Does SupplyTwin Lite build an actual digital twin simulation?

No. This is a lightweight structural score computed from the counts you enter — it does not build or run a live simulation model of your supply network.

What if I have zero of one node type, like no warehouses?

Enter 0 for that node type's total and backup count — it will be excluded from contributing risk to the overall score.

How often should I update this?

Re-run it whenever your supplier, warehouse, or lane network changes, or at least quarterly, since redundancy coverage shifts as backups are qualified or lost.
