Does this analyze real interview transcripts automatically?
No. This tool computes results only from the ratings and counts you enter yourself — it does not scrape, transcribe, or analyze real interview recordings or review data.
Why does poor coverage count more than mention volume?
A need that's mentioned often but already well served by alternatives is a weaker opportunity than one nobody can currently solve, even if fewer people raised it. The weighting reflects that.
Can I compare more than two needs?
Run the tool again with a different pair. Keeping it to two at a time keeps the comparison focused and the scoring transparent.
What if both needs score low?
That's a useful signal too — it suggests the market may already be adequately served, and you may want to look for a more specific or underserved angle.
