No. You sort replies into categories yourself and enter the counts — the tool computes percentages and a weighted score from those numbers. It does not parse real email text.
A referral means the recipient engaged and thought your message was relevant enough to pass along — that's a meaningfully better outcome than a rejection or silence.
Rates vary hugely by list quality and message relevance, but even a modest reply rate with real interested replies is a stronger sign than a high reply rate full of rejections.
It's usually your largest segment — consider a short follow-up sequence before writing off non-responders.
