Does POConfirm connect to a live supplier portal?
No. POConfirm computes results only from the counts you enter — it does not connect to a live supplier portal or automatically pull confirmation status from any system.
How is the "fully confirmed" line count estimated?
It takes the smallest of the three confirmed counts (quantity, price, delivery date) as a conservative estimate, since a line is only truly ready when all three are confirmed together.
What if confirmations overlap differently than the estimate assumes?
The calculator cannot know which specific lines overlap without line-level detail, so the fully-confirmed estimate is a worst-case approximation — track actual per-line status in your PO system for precision.
Can I use this for a partially received PO?
Yes — confirmation counts still apply to whichever lines remain open; you can exclude already-received lines from the total if you only want to track what is outstanding.
What score should I aim for before releasing a PO?
Most teams aim for 90%+ before treating a PO as finalized, with any remaining gaps chased individually.
