Clinical reports and discharge summaries carry a higher fixed risk weight than routine correspondence, since delayed review of clinical content is generally more consequential.
Can I upload the actual files to this tool?
No. Record Digest never accepts file uploads or reads document content — you manually describe the batch's characteristics, and nothing about the documents themselves is stored or transmitted.
