No. You read the reviews yourself and enter theme counts — the tool computes percentages and a score from the numbers you provide. It does not access or analyze live review text.
At least 30 for a moderate-confidence read; 100+ gives a high-confidence signal. Below 30, treat any theme as a hypothesis, not a fact.
Any mention of a missing feature, workaround, or explicit request the product doesn't currently satisfy — not just general dissatisfaction.
Ideally sample reviews across 2-3 competitors so a theme reflects a category-wide gap, not one product's quirk.
