Reliable thematic grouping needs human judgment about meaning. The tool handles the counting, ranking, and coverage math once you have classified the raw notes.
The percentage of all observations that belong to a theme with enough repeats to be a real signal, based on the minimum cluster size you set.
Ten to twenty tagged notes are usually enough to see early patterns. More observations make the clustering more reliable.
